  2. Payment: Payment for services must be made within 14 days of receiving the invoice. A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to overdue invoices. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer as forms of payment.

  3. Refunds: We have a strict no-refund policy for all digital products including website development, online courses, e-books, and software.

  4. Intellectual Property: The client agrees that all work produced by Channmas Web Design Agency is the property of Channmas Web Design Agency until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will be granted the rights to use the work produced by Channmas Web Design Agency.

  5. Confidentiality: Channmas Web Design Agency agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.

  6. Liability: Channmas Web Design Agency shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or services provided, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of operation of Channmas Web Design Agency.

  8. Changes to Terms: Channmas Web Design Agency reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
