Payment: Payment for services must be made within 14 days of receiving the invoice. A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to overdue invoices. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer as forms of payment.

Refunds: We have a strict no-refund policy for all digital products including website development, online courses, e-books, and software.

Intellectual Property: The client agrees that all work produced by Channmas Web Design Agency is the property of Channmas Web Design Agency until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client will be granted the rights to use the work produced by Channmas Web Design Agency.

Confidentiality: Channmas Web Design Agency agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.
